The rate limiting step

Do you know what this phrase means ??
If you study chemistry before the answer must be flashing in your  mind !
It's the step in the chemical reaction that determines the rate and the extent of the product .
Just thinking about this meaning in our lives I find out that,we don't only have one RLS ! There is a one for our study, relationships, family,  ..... Etc.
What's important about this is once you determine your goal, you have to find out which factor won't be affected by any ousiders or will be able to get over all the obstacles and still strong enough to go through more and more !
Do you know what now ??! I found that the only rate limiting step for any human is himself, not any other circumstances that we used to hung our faults on them ! The fault is in our way of thinking that mostly has to be changed
